SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These sponsorship terms and conditions apply to all TNVC sponsors.

1. Sponsorship Nature

Sponsorship contributions are made in support of TNVC programs, events, and overall club development.

TNVC is not a registered charity. Sponsorship contributions are provided in exchange for agreed promotional and partnership benefits and are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.

2. Use of Funds

All sponsorship funds are considered unrestricted and may be used at the discretion of TNVC to support program delivery, equipment, facility rentals, operations, and ongoing club development.

3. Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship benefits, including but not limited to logo placement, social media recognition, event acknowledgment, apparel visibility, and promotional exposure, will be provided in accordance with the selected sponsorship package.

All benefits are subject to program timelines, availability, and reasonable execution by TNVC.

4. Duration of Sponsorship

Sponsorship agreements apply to the 2026 program season, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Sponsorship is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sponsorship contributions must be paid in full prior to the delivery of sponsorship benefits.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once confirmed.

7. Modification

TNVC reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to sponsorship benefits, program structure, schedules, or promotional placements if necessary due to program changes, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Payment Confirmation

Confirmation of payment will be sent via email upon submission. An official invoice will be provided within 24 hours. Sponsorship contributions may be eligible as a business expense; please consult your accountant for guidance.

9. Acknowledgement

By entering into a sponsorship agreement, sponsors acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
